Please read the policies below before placing an order. If you have any questions about an item or our policies, please feel free to contact us.
Shipping
Shipping Costs | We ship within the United States and Canada. Most items in our shop ship for free within the U.S. (items shipping for free have this noted at the top of item descriptions — be sure to choose “Free Shipping” at checkout). Because of wildly varying shipping rates for oversized items, we cannot ship them for free. Their shipping cost is calculated once added to your shopping bag.
Processing time | The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.
Estimated shipping times | North America: 1-2 business days. We’ll do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
Customs and import taxes | We only ship to Canada. In addition to shipping charges, international buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Payment Options
We use Square to process online payments, which accepts all major forms of credit cards as well as a number of additional payment options.
Returns & Exchanges
If you would like to return your item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the piece. Return shipping cost is to be paid by the buyer and tracking information for the return must be shared with me. The item must be in the mail within 14 days of when you received it. Once we receive the piece, we will issue a refund. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
We do not accept cancellations, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
Conditions of Return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
